You can get full color labels without having to pay for full setups with this option.  Your labels can also be custom fitted and contour cut without expensive tooling. 

While other processes require this technique to be used, our digitally printed labels can be cut to your exact specifications without any hassles at all – for us, or for you.

Graphic Overlays

If you have need of high quality, precision graphic overlays and control panel fronts then Dixie Signs & Decals has solutions for you. 

We have the ability to manufacture, with our high tech tooling devices, both overlays and fronts to meet exact specifications.

In addition to having the ability to meet these specifications, no matter how precise and detailed they need to be, we have a wide variety of materials available for you to choose from. 

Some of these include aluminum and textured polycarbonate – materials that have proven to be notoriously difficult to work with in the past.  This issue no longer presents a problem and we can also cut custom adhesive for window fronts and interactive portions of the overlays.

ANSI Standard Z535.4 Decals

Any equipment that may pose a safety risk to anyone in their vicinity needs to have an ANSI decal to notify everyone in the area.  There have been new standards issued by the American National Standard Institute for these safety labels and signs.

You need ANSI Z535.4 2002 Product Safety Labels for all products in all industries that may be a safety issue with the exception of chemicals and the transportation of dangerous goods (these have their own regulations and standards separate from the rest).

There are many other companies in the business of making signs and decals, like Dixie Signs & Decals is, but unfortunately a lot of them do not follow these standards.  If the standards aren’t met you could find yourself in subject of fines that could be avoided by using the proper signage.  Our ANSI Standard Z535.4 Decals are either digitally or screen printed with UV ink that will prevent fading in direct sunlight.

Static Cling Labels

A static cling decal is a decal that has no adhesive.  It will cling to nearly any flat surface including glass, plastic, painted steel, and others.  You may know static cling decals by the term static stick decals – they are the same thing. 

These great decals can be removed and reapplied with no negative impact on the decal or the surface it is applied to. 

You can move the same decal from a window to your counter space and then back to the window or some other surface without issue and you can do it many times. 

While these decals are recommended for indoor use only, you can use them outdoors as well.  You’ll not need to worry about them fading in direct sunlight since we print them with a UV ink that preserves the design for ages.

Reflective Vinyl Decals

If you have the need for your signage to be visible at night then our reflective vinyl decals could be a perfect option for you.  These decals are perfect for company vehicles and emergency equipment, but they are also great for anything else you need to have seen at night. 

Some businesses find them extremely useful to post information on their buildings, as well.

If you need to ensure your information is seen, especially company logos and contact information then these decals are perfect for you.  These decals can be read in the deepest dark the moment light hits them.

Sheet Decals

Dixie Signs & Decals have a rather unique product that will be extremely useful for many applications, but we designed them specifically for manufacturers that make products that require multiple labels and/or decals on each unit.  We call this product the “sheet decal”. 

The concept is simple and will save you time and money on the production line.  All decals and/or labels that need to be applied to the product are printed on one sheet.  The sheet is then thermal or kiss cut to make each individual label/decal easy to remove.

You can ensure with this method that no decal/label that needs to go on the equipment or product will be missed or overlooked.  If you have one left when you think you are done then you’re not done yet. 

Our sheet decals save time because no one has to dig through multiple selections of different decals/labels and they ensure accuracy because they make it virtually impossible for anything to be overlooked.

Extended Life Decals

Our extended life decals go through a process that makes them more resistant to wear and tear issues than an average UV screen printed decal. 

You will still receive the fade-resistant UV screen printing that we use with most of the other decals, but our extended life decals have fortification in the way of a protective polyester laminate overlay.

This protective layer gives the decal a greater resistance to UV rays, many chemicals, weathering, and mild abrasions.  You will be able to have all information, safety labels, name plates, or other decals looking great for years to come.

Four Color Process Labels

When screen printing is done with the colors of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black it is called CMYK, full color, or four-color process printing. 

We can achieve quality that is nearly as good as quality photo prints while we maintain the superb weather and UV resistant properties of regular UV screen printing with the use of this method.

The range of materials we can apply this method to is as outstanding as the process itself.  The materials most commonly used are vinyl, polyester, Coroplast, and magnetic stock but we can use the method on a variety of other materials, as well.  These decals are extremely attractive and eye-catching and the screen printing process will greatly expand the lifespan of your decal.

Destructible Vinyl Decals

You may not have realized that destructible decals were useful in any case, but if you are in any business where security is important then you’ve probably not only heard of them, but use them frequently. 

A destructible vinyl decal is used to identify items for security, warranty, and identification processes.  They are primarily used to ensure the ability to detect tampering with anything you place them on and to prevent information from being transferred from one item to another.

For instance, if you own a company that manufactures anything and you are concerned that people may transfer serial numbers and other information to another product to cash in on warranty repair or get refunds then you would employ a destructible vinyl decal on the item. 

These decals are impossible to transfer from one place to another because they cannot be removed in one piece.  Thus, they will let you know if they have been tampered with.

The most common application for these decals is in a business environment where a product has been manufactured.  However, they can also be extremely useful for people who deal with valuable artwork and collections to ensure that a piece is valid years in the future.

Metallic Polyester

It is arguable that a metallic polyester decal, while it doesn’t sound at all glamorous, is the most head-turning, eye-catching decal available today. 

The finishes that are available to you include brushed chrome, mirror chrome, matte chrome, brushed gold, and mirror gold.  Most of our metallic polyester decals come with a permanent pressure sensitive adhesive applied to them for application.

The combination of metallic finish and polyester base make these decals somewhat more rigid than their vinyl counterparts and therefore makes them much more durable. 

However, with that additional durability and rigidity comes a difficulty in adhering them to irregular and contoured surfaces.  It is without question, though, that when you have something you want people to see instantly, these decals are the perfect choice.

Both the brushed and matte finishes have less reflective qualities but they are no less attractive than their mirrored counterparts with greater reflective power.  This particular feature is all a matter of personal taste.
