ANSI Z535.4 2002 Product Safety Labels are applicable to all products, aside from chemicals and the transportation of dangerous goods, in all industries that may pose a safety question. Our YouDesign HazMat Labels are an amazing new product that allows you, the customer, to design your own hazmat label online. The process is simple. Since almost all hazmat labels and chemical safety labels are standard designs, all you have to do is select from a catalog of designs and check out. If you have a chemical that is not in the database you may pick a design without the 4 digit UN number and add the numbers yourself. Once you are finished, you can either save your design for later or check out right then. Its that simple.

Metal Data Plates

Our data plates are very durable and are ideal for labeling equipment and machinery. These plates may be manufactured using one of two methods. The first method is screen printing and like all other screen printed items it may come in one or more colors. This product is covered with a polyurethane coating to resist abrasion, fading, weathering, and most chemicals. The second is metal etching, which is a process where the surface of the plate, either the copy or the background, is removed in an acid bath. Once the area is etched it is normally filled with a contrasting color. The result is an extremely durable and permanently readable product. Call for pricing and/or more information.

Embossable Decals

These identification decals are made of 2mm embossable aluminum permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive backing. They are designed to accept writing from a ballpoint pen for tamper-resistant identification such as inspection and installation dates. They may also use a typewriter or a stamp for serial numbers.
